Activities

Among other things, this work includes:

• Assembly of wind turbine structures. Involving the assembly of the different parts of each wind turbine with mechanical and electric cranes.
  
• Assembly of the electrical installation: the electrical system at the farm with electrical wind-turbine components. These elements make up the power generation circuit, the control circuit and the auxiliary systems. Among other things, this assembly includes:
  
  • Cables connecting the turbine to the Control system on the tower.
  • Neutral-phase cabling for the lighting system on the nacelle.
  • Cabling supplying the direction motors and the hydraulic unit.
  • Single-phase system supplying the control unit.
    
• Simplifying the description of our work, Integración de Ecología y Servicios is responsible for the installation of:
  
  • Horizontal cable management.
  • Vertical cable management.
    
• Starting up installation: operating the different wind farm systems and equipment to start up and stop the wind turbines, and monitor the operation of the turbines and manoeuvres on electrical installations.
  
• Installation maintenance: performing preventative and corrective maintenance, according to technical specifications and manuals, of wind-farm installations and equipment, verifying their operation. The Electrical maintenance of wind farms includes:
  
  • Maintenance of the wind turbine's Voltage Installation. Horizontal or vertical electric power lines.
  • Control cabinets.
  • Measuring and sectioning centres.
  • Transformer substation.

Other activities:

Industrial electrical assemblies, mechanical assemblies, electric power line assembly, production line maintenance, preventative machine maintenance.
