Nueva Logística Integral, S.L. was created to respond to our customers' needs within the field of integral outsourcing. In this way, we can provide a more complete service, extending the scope of our work.

The work offered is:

• Chemical Stripping
• 
  Painting processes generate a relatively high percentage of parts rejected at quality control due to paint faults. These parts are melted down, injected and painted again or directly disposed of.
• 
  ISN has developed a paint elimination process which strips the parts with chemicals without damaging the basic material. The parts are returned to the customer clean and ready for the paint tunnel.
  
  
• Vibration and Washing of Stamped Parts
• 
  This technique is used to eliminate barbs and oil from stamped metal parts and involves vibrating the parts in a drum together with pieces of ceramic and then washing them with degreaser. The parts are washed, vibrated and dried depending on type. They are washed in demineralised water. Our facility has an installation with a capacity for 8,000 litres/hour.
• 
  Parts whose size means that rotary washingmachines cannot be used are cleaned and dried with hot air. The washing water is sent to a physical-chemical treatment plant located at our facility. The waste produced by the treatment plant is stored until treated by an authorised waste management firm.
  

New Projects

Together with several Group customers, ISN is developing a new chemical-stripping process for the ecological treatment and recovery of very small parts made of aluminium, zamak and different types of plastic. The use of lasers is also under study for the stripping of delicate parts.
