Technical Cleaning

Technical cleaning by ISN mainly centres on three types of installation: painting booths, painting ovens and robots.

Installations of this kind are very common in industries related to the automobile sector and cleaning is so specific that it is planned and controlled as part of preventative maintenance.

Coordination with the customer is also of special importance, it being possible to perform the work during the customer's production process or in periods of non-production (for more thorough cleaning).

Prevention coordination is organised prior to work by training and informing all of our operators as to the risks involved in his/her work post, the customer's internal regulations, emergency plans, etc.

This means a complete, efficient, technical service adapted to customer requirements and which caters for optimum installation maintenance.


Painting Booths:

Installations of this kind are particularly complex when it comes to maintenance and cleaning. The painting booth and all of its elements and accessories need to be cleaned, which calls for different tasks.

In general, the cleaning of a painting booth can be summarised to:

• Cleaning of the structure, grilles, guides.
• Cleaning of robots, paint hoses.
• Cleaning of booth, glass.
• Cleaning and replacement of grilles in the booth.
• Cleaning of the upper booth washer.
• Cleaning of the booth chain and the chain protection plates.
• Complete cleaning of painting machines or robots.
• Internal cleaning of machines and their painting elements (nozzles, hoses, etc.).

Oven Cleaning:

Drying ovens are very common in the automobile sector. The efficient, professional cleaning of these ovens has direct repercussions on our customers' quality parameters and, of course, the cleanliness of their installations.

In general, the cleaning of an oven consists of:

• Elimination of condensation, cleaning of interior surfaces (cleaning of walls and ceiling).
• General cleaning of the oven.
• Cleaning of the chain inside the oven.
• Cleaning of the chain's anti-drip trays.
• Interior cleaning of air ducts, coolers and burners.
• Changing internal filters.
• Cleaning of accessories.
• Cleaning of outer walls, structures and exterior ducts.
• Cleaning of the oven's exit platform.
  

Cleaning of robots

Robots are particularly complex when it comes to maintenance and cleaning. The cleaning of robots consists of a set of tasks to be performed at each installation which they form part of in order to clean the inside.

Being a technical cleaning job, work is performed when the factory is not in production, i.e. at weekends or during holidays.

This work is carried out following a work plan detailing the tasks to be performed and the installations to clean on a weekly basis: elimination of dust, splatters, filler, etc., manual sweeping and scrubbing of floors and lower areas as far as possible, cleaning of installation screens and walls, both inside and out, rotary scrubbing of the outside of the installation, cleaning of fluorescent tubes, anti-fatigue mats, curtains, beams, piping, valves, etc.
