Hygienic Cleaning

The hygienic cleaning of installations is the cleaning of offices, rest areas, changing-rooms and washrooms.

ISN applies the best organisational and work methodologies so as not to interfere in the normal day-to-day work of office users through workload distribution, service hours, etc. The staff is suitably skilled to handle materials and products in optimum conditions and the machinery is that best-suited to the characteristics of the area in question, dust-water vacuum cleaners, carpetcleaning machines, polishers, etc.


Office cleaning:

All of the furnishings are cleaned, paying special attention to work areas and telephones, these being liable to the accumulation of germs, using specific disinfectants. The floors are also cleaned using methodologies and products suited to the surface to clean (carpet, marble, wood, lino, etc.).


Washroom cleaning:

This basically consists of cleaning toilets and urinals with toilet brushes, scouring pads and disinfectants. It also includes the cleaning of wash-hand basins, mirrors and tiles. Finally, bins are emptied and bin bags, paper, soap, towelettes, etc. replaced and floors swept and scrubbed.


Changing-room cleaning:

Three areas are cleaned: showers and washrooms, disinfecting, cleaning the tiles and paying special attention to chrome tap fixtures, toilet-roll holders, changing-rooms, including, among other things, the disinfecting of lockers and all of the installations.


Rest-area cleaning:

The emptying and cleaning of bins and ashtrays, replacement of bags. All of the furnishings are cleaned (tables, chairs, benches, household appliances, sinks, etc.), cleaning and/or dusting of sockets, pictures, cupboards, shelving, sweeping and scrubbing of floors.
