Ordinary Cleaning

This involves general cleaning of the shop floor and all its accessory elements. Specific work plans are designed for each location, combining activities, areas and frequencies so that the service always falls in line with customer requirements. There are two options:

• Cleaning during Production Periods.
• Cleaning during Non-Production Periods, mainly weekends for those tasks whose nature hinders the customer's production.

Staff training and recruitment:

Highly-skilled workers are employed to handle scrubbing machines and these machines are selected according to the characteristics of the shop floor: electric ride-on or hand-driven.

Work:

General Shop-floor Cleaning: this is performed in line with customer requirements and consists of general cleaning, the elimination of dust and general dirt, stickers, etc, of all accessory elements such as shelving, extinguishers and hoses, electric cabinets, power supplies, benches, protection and fire appliances, railings and installation protection meshing, columns, screens, etc. Glass and doors on the shop floor are also cleaned, as are windows and window frames as often as needed in order to ensure correct maintenance.


Floor and Corridor machine scrubbing:

meticulous work is always performed, eliminating hard-to-remove stains, grease, etc, and looking for effective products against problems which may arise and tread marks.


Environmental Aspects:

The Customer's instructions shall always be observed, respecting at all times its Environmental Management System, disposal points, specific waste containers for cardboard, plastic, normal waste and packaging.
