Management

Logistics management is the basis of our efficiency and allows us to achieve our objectives, Our work is based on five fundamental factors :

1. Traffic and transport management, which deals with the physical movement of the material.

2. Inventory management, which deals with the quantity and supply of the material necessary to meet customers' production needs and demand.

3. Management of the structure of the plant, w hich consists of strategically planning the number, location, type and size of the distribution facilities (warehouse, distribution centres and even plants).

4. Material storage and handling management, which ensures the effective use of the area given over to stock and the manual, mechanical and/or automated means to physically handle it.

5. Communication and information management , which involves collecting, analysing, storing and disseminating accurate , time-specific information to meet logistical decision-making needs efficiently and effectively. Communication and information constitute a system's logistical operating areas and support activities, making it effective.
