


A rework service is available to customers who require it.
The rework production process can be summarised to:
. Detection by customers of faults or non-conformities, be it in their own process (due to a failure or malfunction of their own systems) or on product components (due to supplier error)
. Our qualified staff requiring the work to be done
. Delivery of the specifications and procedures to apply
. Application of all the methodologies by ISN, in response to the customer's quality parameters, under not only the customers' control and supervision, but also that of our own structure
. Finally, as a result, our customer's fault or non-conformity is corrected
The frequency and length of each job responds entirely to customer requirements, highly-qualified staff being available for each activity
These activities basically include:
• PART SIZING PRIOR TO ASSEMBLY
- Sanding or cutting of faulty parts which comprise the structure of the product, in the case of cars, pillars or parts fitted between glass.
- Sanding of non-structural parts or elements, e.g. the sanding of automobile headlights so that they fit perfectly into the frame, etc.
- Fitting of protection, tapes, etc. to compensate for plate thickness inferior to specifications so that parts fit perfectly.
• PART SIZING FOLLOWING ASSEMBLY,
Sizing control or manual sizing of parts until temporary problems on the customer's systems are solved.
• VISUAL PROBLEMS ON PARTS OF ALL KINDS
Bodywork part painting, sanding and painting of faulty areas, etc.
• OTHER ACTIVITIES
Any production process work which our customer needs to incorporate for a certain period of time in order to solve a specific problem.
