The volume of activities of the business is important, which is why the company has divided its activities into two large areas: Industrial Cleaning, aimed at facilities, and Industrial Production, offering aid to production lines belonging to the customer.
Industrial Cleaning:
- Hygienic Cleaning of desks, Rest Rooms, Spas and Changing Rooms.
- Cleaning of Industrial Facilities with all types of machinery.
- Specialized Cleaning of Automatic Devices, Paint Cabins and Paint Ovens.
- Cleaning and Maintenance of industrial painting utensils.
Industrial Production:
Isporeco is in the industrial production Business since January 2005, progressively growing and achieving new contracts. This development has allowed for a know how of the field.
This part carries out a support service to production lines in diverse areas managing to adapt to the Clients’ different needs. Some examples are the appliance of wax to cars as a means of waterproofing and protection or repair of parts for the normal running of work at the plants.
Production Line Supprot
- Application wax to cars as a means of waterproofing.
- Application of wrapguard, as a means of protection for some of the outer parts of the vehicles.
Reworks
Rework activities are carried out for those customers that require them, as a parto f an integrated service, the aim of which is to lower costs and imporve on efficiencies.
The rework production process can be summarised to:
- Customer Order.
- Analysis of the order.
- Design and Start of rework.
- Appraisal of workers – quality control.
- Activity Development: RE-WORKS.
- Activity Quality control.

This work basically includes:
- Recovery and modification of parts prior to assembly.
Sanding or cutting of faulty parts that are part of the structure of the product; in the case of automobiles, pillars and parts placed between the glasses.
Sanding of parts or non-structural elements such as, in the case of automobiles, sanding of headlights for their perfect adjustment to the structure, etc.
Placeing of protective elements, tapes, etc. to compensate for lower thickness than predicted or achieve perfect part adjustment.
- Recovery and modification of parts after to assembly, , control of the adjustment or manual adjustment of parts if the facilities of the Client present certain problems until a solution to these has been found.
- Visual problems on parts of all kinds.Painting of parts in the case of bodyworks, sanding and painting of faulty areas, etc.
- Other work. Any activity within the production process that the client needs to incorporate for a specific periods of time in order to solve a particular problem.
This activity is conditioned by the same quality parameters and controls as those of the client, thereby always ensuring the fulfilment of said parameters.
Covers for transportation
ISPORECO began a new production support service contract with AutoEuropa in May 2008. The work consists of fitting protection (plastic film and others) on cars to protect them during transportation. This work is performed on all cars produced at AutoEuropa – VW Portugal, more specifically the MPV Sharan and Alambra, the Cabrio EOS and the new Scirocco sports car.
Our workers fit different types of protection on the cars:
- Bodyguard protection film which covers part of the car.
- Impact protection on the bumpers.
- Protection on the door handles.
- Protection on wing mirrors.
This work calls for full knowledge of the task at hand and great care when it comes to applying the protection in order to ensure constant quality.
