Our Temporary Employment Agency does not only value workers’ previous training; the selection process also places great importance on new training, risk prevention and the ability to adapt to the post requested.
First of all, we perform a pre-selection of Candidates. Their CVs are then studied to see which are best suited to the characteristics of the job. Following a second selection process, we hold personal interviews to evaluate the candidates’ social skills.
Psycho-technical tests are then performed to ensure that the best candidates are selected. The references cited in their CVs are checked exhaustively. This ensures that the profile fits the work post.
Interman ETT S.A. ends the process with risk-prevention training and medical check-ups to guarantee that the candidate is up to the job. Great importance is placed on these two aspects in order to provide maximum guarantees to customers and workers alike.
