In general, training has centred on perfecting and qualifying the company's staff in the areas of Quality, Health and Safety in the Workplace, Maintenance, Administration, Organisation and Management.

The safety, order, cleanliness, management and qualification levels of our workers are factors which will improve quality and help maintain a level of competitiveness capable of securing and enhancing our market position. Their training should cover all of those aspects which allow them to perform the function assigned to them at any given time effectively.

That is why INSER's workers attend retraining and refresher courses in both theoretical-practical knowledge and the specific working methods involved in the services entrusted to them.

INSER's Integral Training Programme consists of two stages: Basic training and Retraining.
