The selection of staff to carry out the work is based on a profile previously defined for the task in question.

In order to provide a service or to perform its work, ISN previously applies an Exhaustive Selection Process, filtering staff and complementing the training and skills of those selected to adapt them to the profile required to perfection.

The study of the individual proposed to cover one of our posts consists of analysing Staff Competence, such as Talent, Motivation, Skills, Knowledge, Training, etc. as well as the Conditioning Factors of the Work Environment in which the job itself is to be performed, Work at heights, with Electrical machinery, etc.

Two Selection Approaches are taken for the service:

Internal Selection; in search of staff already highly qualified, who we know we can rely on and have sufficient experience, to lead the work groups and take charge of the service.

The size of the ISN Group means that this is a feasible option which guarantees Service Quality.

Selection of New Staff, creating work groups which are as efficient as possible until customer requirements are met.
