ISN has a Personnel and Human Resources Department staffed by specialised Professionals and Technicians.

The Staff Selection process is one of this Department's most important functions as ISN believes that the quality of Human Resources is the basis for the excellent performance of functions.

Human Resource Management
is one of the most elaborate, proceduralised and developed points in the company.

Our technical capacity, the highest technology and qualified staff place us at the forefront of the sector.

Our resource management is based on four clearly-defined areas:

. ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE In order to perform its work efficiently, ISN has developed an organisational structure based on its wide experience and on the permanent objectives of continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction.

In order to provide an integral service, we have multidisciplinary staff, trained and skilled in all service areas, goods shipment, the use of specific machinery (fork-lift trucks, transpallets, platforms) and the production work our customers demand.

This multi-purpose workforce, trained in the different fields of industry, means that we are able to provide the full range of services required in order to offer our customers an integral service.

STAFF TRAINING AND SKILLS Our Department of Training, Quality and the Prevention of Risks in the Workplace develops the training plans needed in order to develop quality services for our customers.

Minimum requisites of training and/or work experience are needed in order to ensure the competence of all of our workers.

These parameters are used to monitor the training needs of our entire workforce, including new staff.

SELECTION: The Staff Selection process is one of this Department's main functions. The entire process is aimed at getting the right person to successfully perform the tasks the job involves. Those proposed to cover one of our posts are studied in terms of both internal conditions (talent, skills, training, knowledge, motivation and personality) and external conditions (the environment in which the person has developed and lives in, leisure and professional career).

• PREVENTION: The ISN Group includes prevention as part of all of its work and decisions. All of the centres we work in comply with the regulations provided for by the Law of Prevention of Risks in the Workplace in this field.
