Supervision

Work is controlled through work reports and inspections in order to verify and record that services are performed according to the requirements specified by the customer and environmental requisites. The plan of action to implement when a non-compliant cleaning service is detected is established.

Each operator is responsible for the work performed, knows his/her tasks, environmental considerations to comply with and can at all times consult the person in charge of the shift. Production work calls for several formats, of which the following can be highlighted:

• Work reports: specific to each job.
  
• Inspection reports: drafted with the customer to detail all of the tasks to perform in an area or a day. These are jointly reviewed and certified.
  
• Nonconformity reports: these documents are used when an incident which reveals failure in the management or work system is detected so as to analyse its immediate and definitive causes, define corrective measures and monitor it.
