Presentation of CTC BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)
ISN works alongside CTC in a new Business Activity, the outsourcing of logistical services and operations.
This is a new strategic alliance whereby the ISN Group has taken a capital stake in CTC and takes part in its management as part of the Navarra-based company’s current expansion and diversification plan.
The ISN Group and CTC represent a clear example of synergies working to the benefit of both companies. It should be pointed out that CTC is one of Spain's largest logistical service outsourcing operators and has a keen eye on moving into international markets.
And so, the two companies have reached an agreement beneficial to both: CTC works alongside a partner specialised in offering services which its own structure prevents it from providing, while the ISN Group continues diversifying and forging alliances with leaders in their respective sectors.
