The Incorporation of Mentally and Physically Disabled Staff is one of the backbones of the Group's Policy of Social Responsibility and has been a reality of Human Resource Management in the ISN Group over recent years.
The main lines of this Group Policy centre on the following points:
- Integration within Society depends on the behaviour of everybody and ISN, dealing with the demands of its environment, is particularly sensitive towards this collective.
- Within the Work of the different Divisions, Disabled Workers are provided with specific Training and Dedication in the Integration Groups in charge of monitoring them.
- The Normalisation and Integration of other “special” Collectives means that our human team needs to Incorporate different Perspectives and degrees of Sensitiveness, something which we consider enriches the ISN Group at both a personal and a professional level.
